Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Remote Ready. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, invoices, and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, do one of the following:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you paid with, and request a refund from there.
  • Or email us at hello@workremote.co.za with your order details and we'll pass the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your access to Remote Ready is revoked. You can re-enrol at any time by purchasing again.
